Challenge :Italica, a renowned name in the niche segment of Indian Tile Market was planning for a massive thrust to reposition itself into a large scale manufacturer with rapid growth and expansion plan. Italica tiles wanted to institutionalize within the industry whereby, they can make a difference by supplying tiles and services that are just peerless and establish a corporate identity that is completely out of the box.
Strategy :We started our project here with market research followed by product research and then design selection, product selection. At last, we addressed marketing scheme planning and promotion.
